Is blogging Lucrative?

A lot of people are asking questions about blogging. Is it lucrative? Is the money surplus? Well, YES!! In order for it to work you have to be persistent and patient about it. A niche blog focuses on one very specific topic and it’s this type of blog that aligns well with blog monetization methods such as contextual advertising and affiliate marketing. Not all blog topics are going to bring in strong earnings, for various reasons. So how do you pick a niche blog topic that’s apt to be lucrative?

There are 6 steps to making this work:

{ONE} = Create a list of interests, topics that you would be willing to write about on a regular basis.

{TWO} = You will need a topic that has potential for 100 or more blog entries about various elements or aspects of that topic. Look at the list that you created in Step 1 and cross off any topics that would not allow for 100 or more blog entries.

{THREE} = Consider affiliate marketing potential. Bloggers can earn significant revenue from affiliate marketing, but the niche blog topic must align well with affiliate marketing. Will a particular topic lend itself to recommendations for products or book sales? If not, then that topic should be crossed off the list, as affiliate marketing is a primary source of revenue for niche bloggers.

{FOUR} = Eliminate any niche blogging topics associated with “stop words” or “poison words” that might interfere with contextual marketing programs like Google AdWords. Keywords related to sex, gambling and crimes are frequently labeled as “stop words” or “poison words,” which result in all Google AdWords advertisements  getting pulled from that particular web page.

{FIVE} = Determine search volume and cost per click (CPC) for keywords associated with the topics that remain on the list. Using the Google Keyword Tool or a similar website, enter keyword terms associated with a particular niche blogging topic. You want a topic with at least five primary keywords that have a search volume of more than 20,000 per month. Also be sure to select “Show Avg. Estimated CPC” from the drop-down menu to view CPC. The CPC determines how much you can earn per ad click. The higher the CPC, the better the earning potential for a particular niche blogging topic.

{SIX} = Select a niche blogging topic from those remaining on the list and start blogging.

Learn the basics of SEO (search engine optimization) to maximize page views and earning potential. When purchasing a niche blog domain name, select a name that contains keywords relating to your blog topic. Blog regularly–at least three times per week. Fresh material encourages repeat visitors.

Be sure that you support those that are walking all over Long Island, for breast cancer. There are many women fighting for their lives, and some may not have survived the fight. Go and fashion something pink and let Cancer know, that you’re taking over and you’re not having this death non-sense. The strongest and healthiest will survive and overcome their battle. Make sure that you walk with a friend, family member or even a stranger. Let the world know that you’re very supportive of their awareness and that this walk just might do us some justice. Fight now or forever hold your peace!

The Movie: ORCHID FEVER !!

From the Orchid Fever article written by Susan Orleans, I have learned a few things about John Laroche. He is a tall, guy, skinny as a stick, pale eyed, slouch shouldered, and sharply handsome, in spite of the fact that he’s missing all his front teeth. Laroche has the posture of al dente spaghetti and the nervous intensity of someone who plays a lot of video games. He is a thirty-four year old, and works for the Seminole tribe of Florida, setting up a plant nursery on the reservation near Miami. The nicknames that were giving to Laroche are crazy white man and troublemaker. He does the weirdest things such as collecting plants of many different kinds for breeding purposes.

John Laroche was arrested for removing endangered wild orchids from its environment for self-purposes. He was always passionate about things he took interest in. He never really dressed properly for special occasions or events, he always remained as himself in a comfortable state of existence. He spoke in a raspy, dragging voice. The language he constantly worked was English but with a touch of profanity in almost everything he told to someone. He claimed in the article that sometimes he felt that he was the smartest person that he ever knew. Laroche grew up in Miami, Florida. He became immersed in late- Ice age fossils. Soon after he dropped the fossil interest and became possessed to lapidary. Who do you know that likes collecting old mirrors?

John Laroche became well know in the industry of planting and his knowledge was obtained from himself. He was self-taught and he felt the need to be hands on with things, especially education wise. He probably felt that no one could really teach him as he learned on his own. He had to feel that in order to have a right answer he had to experiment and test life out himself.

Susan Ocean said that John Laroche was the most moral amoral person she’d ever known. She had given a lot of facts and things to back up her reasoning for him appearing to be that way to her. She said, “Just when you’ve figured out that he’s a crook, he reveals an ulterior and principled but lucrative reason for his crookedness. He loves doing things the hard way, if it means that he gets to do what he wants and leaves you wondering how away with it. He is the most moral amoral person I’ve ever known.”

She meant that whatever Laroche did in his free time or when he worked, whatever the case may be. He didn’t always choose to be smart about how he went about doing things; he just acted out of free will. That’s the bad part about being free-spirited, you will tend to do whatever it is that you want when you want and think you can get away with everything. Consequences come with everything that you do whether good or bad because no matter what you may think, nothing comes free in this world. The thoughts you think, the actions you take, and the words that you give birth too. Laroche called himself a weird kid because he did things that one else would do, he couldn’t even picture himself being in a classroom with other students. I can imagine that because he seemed as if he wouldn’t abide by any rules by law so why would he do it classroom wise? I think he was the way he was because of this thing we like to call “freedom”. I find a lot wrong with him for doing things illegally but at the same time he went out of his way to find something that made him happy.

Everyone wants something huge and worth millions. I mean you could have that $75 million dollar beachfront mansion, but what is it without the one you love? When I think about the comfort of my home, there’s a lot that I want. A small family would be nice, but it’s more of the comfort of the home that has to sell to me.

Think about all those beautiful holidays that we get to spend together. Especially Christmas, that tree just standing at salute over in the corner of the living room. The comfort of a home comes from the warming of the people’s hearts around you. It’s not much of the materialistic things about the house that keeps you wanting more, it’s the visualization of seeing your family make history in the house.

Something so beautiful and clean helps make the living environment more comfortable. The more organized the place is, the better of dealing with upcoming issues. A home is something that keeps things bonded together and operating as one. The comfort of a home can bring you many joys, and much of the privacy needed, from the outside world. I’m living in style, comfort and organization.
